Причина

Вообще это нативная ошибка Амадеуса, описание доступно на агентском портале servicehub.amadeus.ru.

Описание следующее:

Possible cause:

  • The country of origin has a Government restriction on issuing tickets abroad and ticketing issuance has been locked.

  • The ticketing quota for ticket issuance is missing

У а/к S7 такая процедура, что типа если пишешь на прямом стоке - то надо предоплатить некое количество бланков для данного офиса. Если предоплаченные бланки кончаются - выписка встает.

Customer Action:

  1. Perform an informative pricing (FQP) on the itinerary.

  2. If the country of origin restricts ticketing outside, the response to the FQP should be: TKT ISSUANCE RESTRICTED - ONLY DISPLAY OF TICKET IMAGE.

  1. If the problem persists, contact your Amadeus Help Desk (or Representative). Provide the following information to help investigation:

  • Timestamp of your entry. For this, enter $$DUMP from the Command panel right after your entry, then copy the output.

  • Exact error message received

  • Expected result.
